Apple Berry Bake

Serves 2

Ingredients:


  • 225g Mixed Berries
  • 2 Apples
  • 45g Saltanas/Raisins
  • Cinnamon
  • Coconut Oil 
Preheat the oven to 190C then grease a baking tray with some coconut oil. Core and chop the apples into small chunks then place all fruit onto the greased baking tray. Sprinkle some cinnamon over the fruit then cover with foil. Bake in the oven for 45mins or until apples are soft.
